What is not to love about the April Baseline? Could it be the rise in difficulty as the workout progresses? Could it be that 30 reps are just enough to make any load feel heavy? Could be be the Thrusters followed by the Burpees? Surely there are more reasons why you thoroughly enjoy the April Baseline and Reebok CrossFit Back Bay will be bringing it all weekend long. Be sure to look up your previous results on Beyond The Whiteboard or wherever it was recorded and see how you compare to one month ago. Time isn’t the only other factor to consider either. If you are lifting the same load and did it at the same time, BUT you were far more comfortable/confident/efficient with any of the moves, that is still an improvement. Seeing that it is only
